ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The Outreach Community Associate plays a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable actively identifying and engaging with qualifying prospects (potential patients), to promote Claremedica services and ultimately make appointments for clinic tours.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Discover new sales opportunities through patient engagement in the field and at promotional sites.
  • Conduct outreach in the field, including local businesses and community organizations to build awareness and generate patient leads.
  • Present information clearly and persuasively to highlight clinic’s benefits and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate scheduling of tours and ensure a smooth patient experience.
  • Close sales and achieve minimum monthly quotas.
  • Record all information in Claremedica’s official systems and formats.
  • Participate in ongoing communication with the POS, CMA or PCA, to track actual status of each sale and validate compliance with these conditions.
  • Meet established standards within all performance criteria

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferred 2-3 years’ experience in Tele Sales, cold calling and knowledge medical center and Medicare Advantage Sales
  • Valid Driver’s license and means of transportation.
  • Experience with MS/Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) required. Advanced analytics reporting via Excel.
  • Spanish and Creole speakers a plus
  • Proven work experience as in Inside Sales or a relevant sales role
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence people
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Excellent client relations and retention skills
