Responsibilities
  • Be a helpful resource for residents
  • Take part in campus networking and marketing
  • Conduct property tours for potential residents
  • Warmly greet visitors and update the log sheet
  • Follow-up calls to residents and resident prospects
  • Assist the Leasing & Marketing Manager in creating social media postings
  • Ensure a clean and welcoming environment
