At Communities In Schools of Ohio, we believe every student deserves the support they need to succeed. Weโ€™re looking for a strategic, relationship-driven leader to serve as our next Chief Development Officer (CDO) and help expand our impact across the state.

What Youโ€™ll Do

As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will:

  • Lead and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy
  • Grow revenue through major gifts, corporate partnerships, grants & events
  • Build and steward strong relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders
  • Mentor and lead a high-performing development team
  • Partner with the CEO and Board to drive a culture of philanthropy
