Service Writer for a Commercial Trailer Shop

Interstate Utility Trailer, a full-service commercial semi-trailer dealership, has an excellent opportunity for an Inside Sales person for our Franklin OH service center.

Major responsibilities :

  • Meet and interact with customers, listen to their questions and concerns and provide timely responses.
  • Educate clients about the company’s products, services and offers.
  • Review customer accounts and report changes to internal staff.
  • Manage complaints, returns and resolve customer grievances.
  • Serve as a customer relationship manager.
  • Providing written estimates of equipment damages and replacement parts requirements to affect repairs to damaged commercial trailers and associated equipment.
  • Communicating with customers on repair progress
  • Reviewing and closing equipment work orders.
  • Reviewing and prioritizing equipment repair write-ups.
Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
