Job description

Job Overview:
Summer 2027 Intern - Corporate Communications
As a 2027 Summer Intern at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) you will be part of a dynamic Corporate Communications team helping bring stories about our iconic brands and people to life across internal and external channels. You'll play an active role on the team, contributing across social media, internal and external communications, media monitoring, and other key communications functions, gaining hands-on experience across a range of disciplines. You'll work on real projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams and build a broad communications skill set while supporting day-to-day team priorities and delivering meaningful work.
This role is aligned to the Beverage Operating Unit.
Shift/Schedule:
  • The KDP 2027 Summer Internship Program will run from June 7 - August 13, 2027
  • Full-time; 40 hours per week
  • Monday-Friday
  • 8:00am until 5:00pm
  • Hybrid schedule in the Frisco, TX office

As a Corporate Communications intern you will:
  • Support corporate social media planning and content development.
  • Assist with press releases, brand storytelling and employee communications.
  • Analyze social media and communications performance and help identify insights and opportunities.
  • Monitor media coverage and relevant industry news.

Elements of the KDP 2027 Internship Program include:
  • Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a fast paced, cross functional team environment
  • Receive mentor support for your professional development
  • Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders
  • Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting
  • Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department, and senior leaders to highlight your project work and impact on the business

Total Rewards:
  • $28.00/ hour
  • Paid bi-weekly
  • $2,500 Sign-on Bonus, paid within first 30 days of employment

Requirements:
  • Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or another related field
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changes
  • Experience with content development, social media, and project management is a plus
