LOCATION - VARIOUS LEAR LOCATIONS (PLANT AND CORPORATE)
Lear Corporation seeks motivated and enthusiastic students to join the 2027 Summer Internship Program. This program provides hands-on experience in a global automotive technology company, offering exposure to real-world business challenges and opportunities to work alongside experienced professionals.
Internship opportunities may be available across a variety of functions, including Engineering, Finance, Program Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Quality, Information Technology, and other key business areas.
The Role:
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
  • Supporting day-to-day departmental activities and projects
  • Assisting with data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  • Conducting research and presenting findings and recommendations
  • Participating in meetings, training sessions, and team events
  • Gaining exposure to Lear's manufacturing plants, corporate functions, and operational processes
  • Completing special projects and assignments as needed

Your Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's from an accredited college or university
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
