The Operations Program Manager at Hyve Solutions Corporation will drive efficiency and effectiveness within our sales organization by managing critical sales programs, processes, and initiatives. This role is pivotal in optimizing our sales funnel, improving data integrity, and enabling our sales teams to achieve their targets.
Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for partnering cross-functionally with Customer, Manufacturing (MFG), and Supply Chain teams toestablishClear-to-Build (CTB) dates and developaccurateShipping Commit Schedules based on factory capacity and material availability. Leverage hands-on MFG experience to ensure commitments are realistic, executable, and aligned with production constraints.
  • Responsible forexecuting tothe committed ship schedules. This includes regularly going into the factory floor for troubleshooting, problem-solving, and escalations to cross-functional team leaders.Responsible for runningefficient meetings to get processes and issues resolvedin a timely manner.
  • Responsible for working with customerand Hyve Traffic Team to ensure shipments are properly scheduled and booked
  • Responsible for monitoring and ensuring that Customer SLA requirements are met such as PO to RTS (Ready to Ship) cycle times, identify any Causes of Delays (CoD), and ensure that any Root Causes and Corrective Actions (RCCA) are properly tracked and implemented cross-functionally at Hyve or with the Customer. This includes working closely with MFG to ensure committed cycle times are met.
  • Responsible to track Customer re-work and change order requests and to ensure cost coverage before MCOs are generated. Responsible to track Customer sustaining requests such as Sustaining RDT, ACC/ACP qual, etc. and to ensure cost coverage before WOs are generated.
    Leverages hands-on MFG experience to ensure commitments are realistic, executable, and aligned with production constraints.
  • Function as the main POC between internal and customer, and cross-functionally internally

Qualifications:

  • Operations experience, preferably manufacturing
  • High volumereporting anddata analysis experience
  • Bachelors'Degree plus a minimum of3years related industry/jobexperienceORAssociates plus5 years ORequivalent certifications and
  • Server/rackproduct knowledge preferred
  • Excellentbusiness communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to communicate effectively over the phoneand in person
  • Proven self-starter and fast learner with established computer skills
  • Analytical skills with a proven background working on diverse and complex problems where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
  • Self-directed with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Proficient knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, advanced Excel skills
