What You’ll Do:
  • Provide supports consistent with what is needed for the person and authorized for Mains’l to provide (this may include dressing, bathing, responding to behavioral situations, coaching through difficult situations, etc.
  • Support in transportation of varying activities important to the person as well as attend medical appointments as needed
  • Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming living environments (including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation).
  • Teach valuable skills—from financial management to communication.
  • Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy.
  • Document care accurately to ensure accurate medical records
  • Complete and stay up to date on all trainings that are assigned
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with the team on service plans

Location: Rochester, MN
Shifts: Weekends
Wage: $19.00/hour
