This is a hands-on learning opportunity for someone interested in marketing, communications, and brand management, with exposure to real-time reputation monitoring and cross-functional collaboration.

Hybrid - Westlake, OH

Responsibilities
  • Monitor online platforms (e.g.review sites, news) for brand mentions
  • Assist in tracking and organizing brand sentiment, feedback, and reputation-related trends
  • Assist with drafting responses to customer reviews or inquiries under guidance
  • Support marketing and communications initiatives that promote a positive brand image
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging consistency across channels
  • Conduct basic research on competitors, industry trends and brand perception
