Job Description Jefferson is seeking Systems Administrator to support the USAF 505th Test and Training Group. This role will be Onsite at Hurlburt Field, Florida. The System Administrator will upgrade, integrate, install, configure, test, maintain, dismantle, and turn in data and video communication networks, both hardware and software.

These responsibilities include understanding of the interconnectivity of wireless, fiber optics, coaxial, copper (twisted pair), broadband, and baseband. The annual salary range is negotiable. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Responsibilities: • Ensure classified and unclassified servers and databases, workstations, peripherals, communications devices, and software are on-line and available • Install, configure and maintain all C2 systems, servers and workstations as required.

• Load system application software and patches as required • Perform backup of systems • Manage user computer software configurations and tactical local area network systems. • Coordinate with users, workgroup managers, and communications focal point personnel to resolve computer software and hardware problems • Coordinate with communications focal point personnel for changes to computers, servers, or local area networks systems on systems network • Provide systems administration in support of all operations, exercises as necessary throughout the year • Troubleshoot network and system issues, monitor active network and server infrastructure • Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment and administer network security measures to prevent system interruptions or breaches • Document all technical procedures and user guides • Ensure and maintain a 98% uptime • Ensure AOC systems are available 2 days prior to course execution or as directed Required Qualifications: • Top Secret (TS) security clearance w/SCI eligibility. • Must have a minimum CompTIA Security Plus certificate or equivalent.
