Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Strategic Support and Communication Coordinator to join our team. This role supports Business Distribution and Underwriting leadership by managing internal and external communications and executing creative, strategic, and digital initiatives. The position blends executive support, communications, and digital marketing responsibilities while requiring organizational excellence, adaptability, and a solutions-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support to the management team across Distribution, Marketing, Legal, and Underwriting.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and industry events.
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for leadership and industry engagements.
  • Support marketing campaigns, customer communications, and recurring company updates.
  • Develop and execute social media and digital marketing initiatives, creating visually compelling content.
  • Collect and organize content from stakeholders, ensuring effective delivery of messages to employees, agents, and partners.
  • Manage CRM data, e-marketing distribution lists, and track campaign performance.
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships with colleagues, MGAs, and industry organizations.
  • Assist with project and change management, ensuring smooth adoption of organizational initiatives and technology solutions.

Job Requirements:
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Skilled in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, AI-powered platforms).
