About the job:

Under the direction of the MCHS Marketing & Communications Manager, this position oversees the Marketing and Communications functions for assigned locations and service lines.  This role works to build confidence in and a positive reputation for the organization and services they support with both internal and external customers.  

This may include but is not limited to: the development of marketing plans, collateral, advertising, special events, and internet-based tactics to build customer and physician awareness, increase volume and revenue, and meet the mission standards of the organization and connection with key community organizations to further relationship development, targeted at marketing opportunities and program expansion. Implements these plans and tactics to meet organizational, cultural and brand communication messages. Analyzes results of tactics and strategies and provides feedback. Builds confidence in and a positive reputation for the organization through public relations, marketing, and communications “best practices” with internal and external customers. 

Under the direction of the MCHS Marketing and Communications leaders, the position is responsible for communications using various channels such as SharePoint and CRM systems to internal and external newsletters, administrative memos, internal department communications, colleague and physician communications, external publications and clinical program highlights as indicated.

What we are looking for:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Requires a minimum of 3-5 years experience in a corporate marketing or communications department Bachelor’s.
