What You'll Contribute

The Associate, Communications will assist Customer Communications leadership in the creation, implementation, and management of our communication inventory.

What You'll Do

  • Drive the Customer Communications review process across any assigned inventory by monitoring reporting, initiating reviews, and providing initial edits and recommendations.
  • Assist in creating engaging content for various communication channels, including digital platforms, print, and email.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information and updates for communication materials.
  • Handle multiple projects on tight timelines.
  • Manage assigned customer communications and work with senior team members to secure required approvals and ensure communications adhere to regulatory requirements, accurately reflect system functionality, and provide an excellent customer experience.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all communication materials and platforms.

What you have

  • Attention to detail and excellent proofreading and editing abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey messages effectively.
  • Proficient skills in using communication tools and software, such as content management systems; PolicyTech; and Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Expertise in using Microsoft Word to track and review document edits.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and multitask effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Extremely detail-oriented mindset and comfort developing and/or working with project plans/timelines.
  • Creative thinking and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
  • Writing sample and document revision required.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or Journalism, bachelor's degree and/or relevant previous experience.
