About Us
Quanta Power Solutions brings together the industry-leading capabilities and resources of Quanta's operating companies to deliver complete EPC solutions. Our integrated approach spans power generation, battery energy storage, renewables, transmission, substation, and underground infrastructure - from concept to commissioning, we execute complex power infrastructure projects with the speed, certainty, and operational excellence our customers depend on.
At Quanta Power Solutions, we are driven by a culture of safety, integrity, and disciplined execution - and we're building a team that shares that commitment.

Editorial Ownership
  • Own and execute the internal editorial calendar, serving as the primary owner for sourcing, developing, and packaging stories and content across the enterprise.
  • Tailor messages per audience, adjusting strategy as needed for leaders and various geographies.
  • Cover core internal beat that includes business growth and change management, employee features, project timelines and milestones, safety updates, cultural opportunities and more.
  • Uphold editorial standards, voice, and tone.

Channel Execution
  • Produce and manage content across established internal channels, including The Queue, the internal website (in partnership with the Multimedia Specialist), and employee meetings (in partnership with the Communications & Events Specialist).
  • With support from the team, develop and pilot new methods of delivery within a sustainable publishing cadence to meet company needs.
  • Measure usability and effectiveness of tools and adjust as needed.

Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Partner with the External Communications & Digital Strategist to align messaging strategies and optimize content.
  • Serve as a communications partner for business units, including training, HR, and safety, translating their needs into clear, engaging content.

What You'll Bring
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 2-5+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate storytelling, or editorial/journalism roles (portfolio of examples required).
  • Proven experience bringing company or client values to life through messaging to support a goal (examples required)

Technical Skills and Behavioral Attributes

  • Proven ability to manage an editorial calendar across multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and improvisation abilities, including contingency planning and real-time decision-making.
  • Positive, solutions-oriented mindset when faced with challenges, focusing on what's possible rather than what's gone wrong. Approaches problems with optimism and resilience, consistently seeing opportunities where others see obstacles.
  • Continuous learning mindset, willing to own mistakes, learn from others, deliver feedback to all levels, and foster a culture grounded in getting better every day.
  • Understanding of AI and ability leverage technology for efficiency and ideas.
