We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Assistant to support internal and external communications initiatives. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development of written materials, support content planning, and assist in maintaining effective communication across departments and with clients.
Responsibilities
  • Draft and edit internal memos, client communications, reports, and presentation materials
  • Assist in creating newsletters, press releases, and email updates
  • Coordinate communication workflows between teams and departments
  • Maintain and organize communication records and databases
  • Prepare briefing materials and support meeting coordination
  • Contribute to the development of company tone, style, and messaging consistency
  • Collaborate with the Communications Manager on strategic initiatives
  • Conduct basic research and fact-checking to support content accuracy
