Our advanced services include: Esketamine (Spravatoâ„¢), Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Intensive Outpatient Programming, and IV Ketamine.

Job Summary

As a Certified Medical Assistant, you will provide support with various services following established policies and protocols including but not limited to scheduling, preparing charts, patient vitals, verifying insurance benefits, and other administrative and clinical duties. This role requires a compassionate, resilient, and highly skilled professional who can navigate unique challenges to deliver exceptional mental health support.

Responsibilities
  • Prior Payor Authorizations for Medication Management appointments
  • Perform vital signs measurements such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse and specimen collections as ordered by providers
  • Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers
  • Provide medical administrative support such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, collecting co-pays and balance, check patients in/out, patient communications
  • Assist with basic life support procedures when necessary
Ideal Candidate
  • Certified Medical Assistant with a minimum of 2 years of experience, Mental Health experience preferred
  • Proficient in performing vital signs measurements accurately and efficiently
  • Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology and medications
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals
  • Experience in medication administration following established protocols
  • Ability to provide medical administrative support including appointment scheduling and record keeping
  • Knowledge of treatment resistant therapy methods
  • EHR Experience required, experience with ATHENA highly preferred
