HVAC Apprentice ($16-$20 Hour)


About Us

The Cool Guy, LLCis family owned and operated HVAC company that provides Residential and Commercial Services. These include installation, replacement, and maintenance services. We are a growing company that's looking for someone who is willing to grow with us. We have built a reputation ofexcellence,integrity, andkeeping itCoolin the Phoenix Metro area. We would like to hire a person with these sameidealsfor a position as aCool GuyHVAC Apprentice.

This position requires an individual that is energetic, hard-working, and motivated to assist our Lead Technicians and Lead Installers in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC Systems. The end goal is to promote our HVAC Apprentices toLead Technician roles as soon as they learn and demonstrate the skills required to lead their own team and work independently.


Job Description


  • Provide assistance and support to the Lead Technician.

  • Assist in installation, troubleshooting, and servicing HVAC Systems.

  • Assist in the completion of invoicing, notes, and pictures on each job.

  • Utilize all safety precautions and wear appropriate safety equipment at all times.

  • Maintain Clean and professional work areas at all times.

  • Maintain a Clean and professional Company Vehicle at all times.

  • Establish (Positive) working relationships with customers, co-workers, and management. (Stay Cool)

  • Communicate with customers in a respectful and professional manner.

  • Any other assigned duties as directed by management.
