Whatย You Will Doย 

Asย theย Internal Communication Specialist, you will help drive communication, engagement, and organizational alignment across Prime Controls. This role will support internal company messaging, leadership communications, employee engagement initiatives, company events, orientation communications, and overall communication strategy to ensure employees across all offices and projectsย remainย informed, connected, and aligned with company initiatives and culture.ย 

This position will partner closely with executive leadership, operations, HR, recruiting, IT, and other departments to help create clear, consistent, and professional communication throughout the organization.ย 

A Typical Day at Prime Controlsย 

  • Draft and distribute internal company communications, announcements, and organizational updatesย 
  • Support executive leadership communication initiatives and company-wide messagingย 
  • Coordinate andย maintainย internal communication channels including SharePoint, Teams, newsletters, email campaigns, and digital contentย 
  • Assistย with employee engagement initiatives, company culture programs, and recognition effortsย 
  • Support orientation and onboarding communication materials and scheduling communicationsย 
  • Create andย maintainย presentation materials, templates, graphics, and communication resourcesย 
  • Help standardize communication processes and branding consistency across departmentsย 
  • Coordinate communication related to company events,ย trainings, leadership meetings, and organizational initiativesย 
  • Assistย with communication planning during organizational changes, process rollouts, and company initiativesย 
  • Gather and organize content from departments, project teams, and leadership for internal distributionย 
  • Track communication effectiveness and recommend process improvements where appropriateย 
  • Ensure communications align with company values, culture, and professional standardsย 
  • Occasionally travel to company offices, events, or jobsites as neededย 

What You Will Bringย 

The Basicย 

  • 3+ years of experience in internal communication, corporate communication, employee engagement, marketing communication, HR communication, or related fieldย 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skillsย 
  • Excellent proofreading, editing, and organizational abilitiesย 
  • Experience drafting professional communications for varying audiencesย 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyย 
  • Experience coordinating communication efforts across multiple departments or teamsย 
  • Proficiencyย with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and SharePointย 
  • Ability toย maintainย professionalism and confidentiality while handling sensitive organizational informationย 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with employees at all levels of the organizationย
