Job description

Earnest & Associates, Inc. is looking for a motivated, outgoing Sales Trainee who enjoys working with people and wants to build a career in sales. This person will work closely with our most tenured team members to learn our sales process, develop product knowledge, and gain hands-on experience working with both prospective and existing clients.


This position is approximately 70% sales and 30% customer service. The ideal candidate is a team player who is coachable, takes initiative, communicates well, and is comfortable building relationships and generating new business.

Responsibilities

Generate and follow up on new sales leads

Learn and follow our sales process under the guidance of experienced team members

Build relationships with prospective and existing clients

Learn to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions

Use the company's customer management system to document leads, client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up

Track opportunities and maintain timely, consistent follow-up with prospects

Assist existing clients with service and account needs

Participate in training and coaching and apply feedback to improve performance

Work collaboratively with team members to meet individual and company goals

Obtain the required professional license within 90 days of hire

Previous sales experience is helpful but not required. We are looking for the right personsomeone who is willing to learn, enjoys working with people, and wants the opportunity to develop into a successful sales professional.


Approved licensing costs will be reimbursed after the employee has been licensed for 90 days.
