Job Description
Key Deliverables:
Account Growth & Farming
  • Own and expand relationships with strategic client accounts.
  • Identify and drive new revenue growth opportunities within existing portfolios.

CXO Engagement
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives.
  • Lead strategic discussions to align technology investments with business goals.

Value Creation
  • Drive conversations around productivity improvements, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.
  • Leverage digital and AI-enabled solutions to deliver measurable business value.

Customer Intimacy
  • Stay closely aligned with client business priorities, challenges, and transformation goals.
  • Proactively identify and propose relevant solutions.

Opportunity Management

  • Comfortable with regular onsite client interaction (at least once a week).
