Opportunity

Position Summary

The Executive Administrative Assistant provides highlevel, proactive support to the Chief Digital Officer (CDO). This role is critical to enabling functional excellence across Kohler's Information Technology (IT) and Global Shared Services (GSS) functions. Acting as a trusted partner to the CDO, the Executive Administrative Assistant supports enterprise priorities, anticipates needs, and ensures effective execution in a complex, fastpaced environment.

This position requires a high degree of professionalism, judgment, discretion, and alignment with Kohler's values of stewardship, collaboration, and gracious living-supporting leaders so they can focus on delivering longterm value for associates, customers, and communities.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Partnership & Administrative Excellence

  • Serve as a strategic administrative partner to the CDO, managing a highly complex calendar, travel, and meeting schedule across global time zones and operational priorities.
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve conflicts to ensure the CDO's time is aligned with enterprise and operational objectives.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive business and peoplerelated information.

Communication, Coordination & Relationship Management

  • Act as a key liaison between the CDO and senior leaders across IT, GSS, and KLT peers.
  • Prepare, edit, and format executivelevel communications, presentations, and briefing materials reflective of Kohler's leadership standards.
  • Foster strong, collaborative working relationships (especially with other executive administrative assistants), enabling clear communication and alignment across a matrixed organization.
  • Lead and mentor the other Digital and GSS administrative assistants towards areas of continuous improvement.

Meeting, Forum & Event Management

  • Coordinate and support leadership meetings, operational reviews, executive forums, offsites, and boardrelated activities.
  • Develop agendas, compile materials, capture minutes, track actions, and follow up to ensure accountability and execution.
  • Support enterprise and functional leadership rhythms that promote operational excellence and disciplined execution.

Business & Functional Support

  • Assist with budget tracking, expense management, and administrative approvals in alignment with Kohler policies and financial stewardship.
  • Support onboarding and integration of senior leaders and key hires within the IT and GSS organizations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and enhance effectiveness, applying a continuous improvement mindset.

Initiative & Project Support

  • Provide coordination and administrative support for key IT and GSS initiatives sponsored by the CDO.
  • Track milestones, deliverables, and timelines, supporting visibility and followthrough on strategic priorities.
  • Compile data, reports, and summaries to support decisionmaking and operational reviews.
  • Create executive caliper PowerPoint presentations.

Working Conditions

  • Primarily officebased with potential for hybrid flexibility based on business needs.
  • Occasional extended hours to support executive responsibilities and global operations.
