Service Coordinator / Predictive Maintenance Specialist
Milwaukee, WI (Onsite)
Salary: Up to $75,000
Full-Time | First Shift | Direct Hire
Are you someone who enjoys coordinating people, solving problems, and working in an industrial environment? We're looking for a mechanically inclined professional to join a growing team in a unique role that combines service coordination with predictive maintenance support.
What You'll Do:
Service Coordination (Primary Focus)
  • Schedule and coordinate daily service activities for a team of field technicians
  • Communicate with customers regarding service requests, timelines, and work status
  • Prepare quotes and service estimates
  • Process invoicing and maintain accurate service records
  • Help prioritize incoming work and manage scheduling conflicts
  • Support department operations to ensure customer needs are met efficiently

Predictive Maintenance Support
  • Assist with predictive maintenance programs and customer projects
  • Learn vibration analysis and condition monitoring techniques
  • Coordinate maintenance activities with technicians and customers
  • Review equipment data and support efforts to identify potential equipment failures before they occur
  • Transition into hands-on predictive maintenance work as experience grows
  • Predictive maintenance experience is not required. Training will be provided.

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience working in an industrial, manufacturing, maintenance, field service, or similar environment
