We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Marketing Communications Specialist to support the execution of our communications, content, and marketing initiatives in a fast-paced B2B technology environment. This role is ideal for an entry-level marketing professional who wants to develop strong foundations across content, campaigns, and marketing activities. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver high-quality assets, ensure consistency across channels, and support the day-to-day execution of marketing activities. You will act as a key operational contributor, helping transform strategy into execution across content, customers, campaigns, and internal communications.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Assist in the creation of marketing content (videos, blog posts, newsletters, case studies...)
  • Support the adaptation of technical content into clear, engaging messaging for target audience
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (product, sales, SMEs) to gather inputs and validate content
  • Help maintain consistency in messaging, tone and brand voice with MarCom guidelines
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and announcements
  • Coordinate campaign assets production across communication channels
  • Track deliverables and timelines to ensure on-time execution
  • Assist in updating or replacing outdated materials
  • Help manage and schedule social media content (primarily LinkedIn)
  • Coordinate with designers for asset production
  • Maintain and organize marketing assets (presentations, PDFs, visuals, videos)
  • Ensure proper version control, naming conventions, and repository updates
  • Support content calendar management and execution tracking
  • Provide operational support for ad hoc marketing projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and other teams to support ongoing marketing needs
  • Monitor engagement and support basic performance tracking
  • Contribute to improving workflows, tools, and processes over time
  • Remain abreast of emerging industry trends, news, and new technologies pertaining to space

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or content-related roles (internships included) is a plus
  • First experience in B2B or technology environment is a plus
  • Strong writing and editing skills (clear, structured, audience-oriented)
  • Comfortable working with marketing tools (CRM, Wrike, Canva, Adobe, HubSpot, or similar tools)
  • Basic understanding of marketing campaigns and digital channels
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Strong execution mindset: reliable, responsive, and delivery-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Curious, eager to learn, and proactive
  • Basic understanding of branding and messaging principles
  • Comfortable working with tools (CRM, Wrike, Canvas, Adobe etc)
