We areseekinga detail-oriented and collaborative Corporate Communications Associate to support Prologis' financial narrative across external audiences. This role partners with the Finance, Investor Relations (IR)and Strategic Capital teams to help deliver clear, consistent, and compelling messaging aligned with Prologis' position as the global leader inlogisticsand data infrastructure real estate.

This individual will contribute to quarterly earnings communications, capital markets messaging, Strategic Capital initiatives,researchand executive communications. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and critical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced(and fun)environment and is comfortable translating complex financial and real estate concepts into clear, audience-focused messaging.They will demonstrate willingness and capability toleverageemerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed, while exercisingsound judgment, creativethinking,andaccountability for outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Media Relations

  • Support engagement with financial media, real estate tradepressand capitalmarketsreporters.

  • Assistin the development and execution of quarterly earnings communications.

  • Help manage inbound media inquiries in coordination with senior communications team members.

  • Draft and edit press materials, statements, FAQs, executive talkingpointsand briefing documents.

  • Monitor financial and industry coverage and summarize key insights to inform messaging.

Strategic Capital & Corporate Communications

  • Support communications related to Strategic Capital initiatives, including fund activity, jointventuresand transactions.

  • Assistin developing messaging that explains investment strategies and partnerships to external audiences.

  • Contribute to communications supporting corporate disclosures,earningsmaterialsand annual reporting.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Support project management for financial and corporate announcements, including timelines and deliverables.

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment and consistency across communications.

  • Assistwith executive communications for Finance,IRand Strategic Capital leadership.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in corporate communications, financial communications, investor relations, or public relations.

  • Agency experience preferred.

  • Experience supporting earnings communications, financialdisclosuresor capitalmarketsmessaging.

  • Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and familiarity with AP style.

  • Ability to translate complex financial or real estate concepts into clear communications.

  • Foundational business and financial acumen, including exposure to financial statements and earnings materials.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.

  • High levelof professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Preferred:

  • Experience in REITs, real estate, asset management, investment management, or public company communications.

Hiring Salary Range of: $107,000 - $120,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate's location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
