Responsibilities
  • Online research and data entry; updating constituent records Maintaining registrations, invitation lists and prepare for advancement events/meetings. (Critical Thinking and Technology)
  • Make thank you and reminder calls to donors. (Communication)
  • Assist with maintenance of social media sites. (Technology)
  • Clerical duties including: making copies, scanning, e-mailing, hanging signs, processing applications/registrations, and making/answering calls. (Professionalism)
  • Organization and tracking of inventory. (Professionalism)
  • Carry-out Advancement processes. (Professionalism)
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Proficient computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Experience using social media as a marketing tool
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to multi-task and complete important projects within deadlines
  • Must be dependable and punctual
  • Ability to work year round including school break periods
  • Current USF student, in good standing
  • Preferred: freshman or sophomore standing
