Job Description

The Communications Advisor is accountable for supporting the development and delivery of Stakeholder Communications and Engagement plan according to the requirements for their specific portfolio. This role is responsible for projects in the advisor's portfolio which are effectively supported by the development and implementation of strategic communications and engagement plans.

Salary range: $47000 - $55000 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the growth of brand awareness, customer leads, and conversions with local community stakeholders.
  • Work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to achieve and sustain high-quality customer experience.
  • Build and maintain relationships to successfully upsell and cross-sell services to potential and existing customers.
  • Assist with promotional and networking activities.
Qualifications
  • Proven relationship management skills.
  • Stakeholder liaison skills with proven achievements for customer outcomes, an asset.
  • Advanced Computer skills.
