Career Opportunities for Licensed Therapist with Substance Abuse Experience

Growing CommunityHealthCenter is currently seeking LICSW, LMHC, LCSW candidates with some substance abuse / addiction medicine experience to join the growing behavioral healthcare team.

Therapist will perform comprehensive bio-psycho-social diagnostic evaluations, crisis management services, create patient centered treatment plans, provide ongoing treatment, case management services, and assess patient's ongoing clinic needs and progress.

Therapist should be highly motivated to work with a systems-based team approach and dedicated to providing mental health services in an integrated primary care setting. The Clinician will coordinate BH services with the medical staff team, clinicians, and relevant community based services. Social Worker supports community health workers in providing culturally appropriate health education, coaching, informal counseling, case management, care coordination, and advocacy in clinic, home and community settings.

Requirements: Independent clinical license to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in one of the following areas:  Psychology/LMHC/LICSW/LMFT/LCSW
