Job Summary and Responsibilities
Mercy Radiology Group is seeking a dedicated Breast Radiologist to join our premier, 100% physician-owned and led practice in Sacramento, CA. Affiliated with Dignity Health and CommonSpirit Health, we offer a collaborative, high-quality environment with diverse leadership opportunities in a thriving metropolitan setting.
Opportunity Highlights
  • Flexible Schedule: 4-day work week (8 AM - 5:30 PM) with full-time or part-time options available.
  • Clinical Focus: Comprehensive breast imaging utilizing Hologic tomosynthesis and US, stereotactic, and MRI-guided biopsies.
  • Tailored Practice: Options for 100% breast-only tracks or a mix of modalities (ER/Inpatient, General) based on clinical interest.
  • Partnership & Leadership: Clear partnership track within a stable, 100% radiologist-owned group with multiple leadership roles available.
  • Work-Life Balance: Manageable patient loads focused on quality care, supported by home workstations for screening mammography and remote work options.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive Earnings: $500k-$550k base with total partner compensation of $650,000+; additional income via lucrative per-click and internal moonlighting shifts.
  • Incentives: $75,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for full-time candidates.

Job Requirements
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Radiology.
