Work Environment

This position offers a fully remote work environment which allows for flexibility and the opportunity to engage clients from the comfort of your chosen setting. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 7 pm, offering options for 4x10 or 5x8 shifts tailored to your availability. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct psychotherapy or counseling for individuals, couples, groups, and families utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each clientโ€™s needs.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments by interviewing clients to gather pertinent social, personal, environmental, and health information to guide therapeutic interventions.
  • Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly, ensuring alignment with best practices and client goals.
  • Develop and implement programs that address clients' social and emotional wellness, maintaining an adaptive approach based on client feedback.
  • Facilitate crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and referrals to community resources as necessary.
  • Build and sustain trusting relationships with clients, fostering a safe therapeutic environment conducive to healing and growth.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with established protocols, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in all communications.

Qualifications
