This position offers a fully remote work environment which allows for flexibility and the opportunity to engage clients from the comfort of your chosen setting. As part of a dynamic team, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals dedicated to enhancing emotional and psychological support for our clients. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 7 pm, offering options for 4x10 or 5x8 shifts tailored to your availability. • Conduct psychotherapy or counseling for individuals, couples, groups, and families utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s needs.
• Perform comprehensive assessments by interviewing clients to gather pertinent social, personal, environmental, and health information to guide therapeutic interventions.
• Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly, ensuring alignment with best practices and client goals.
• Develop and implement programs that address clients' social and emotional wellness, maintaining an adaptive approach based on client feedback.
• Facilitate crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and referrals to community resources as necessary.
• Build and sustain trusting relationships with clients, fostering a safe therapeutic environment conducive to healing and growth.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with established protocols, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in all communications.
• Manage a designated caseload effectively, ensuring timely updates and responsiveness to clients' evolving needs.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain abreast of emerging trends in social work and mental health practices.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by management that align with organizational goals and clinical efficacy.

You will be working with a diverse clientele, primarily focusing on individuals facing anxiety disorders, mood disorders, addictions, and various interpersonal challenges. Our target population includes adults and families seeking to enhance their mental health through supportive therapeutic interventions. Clients come to us seeking help with issues such as depression, trauma, grief, and relationship difficulties, enabling you to make a significant impact in their healing journeys.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required for this position.
• Possession of a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of California is mandatory.
• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience is preferred, showcasing the ability to navigate complex clinical environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in addressing behavioral health issues, including experience in individual counseling for mental health, addiction recovery, and crisis intervention strategies.

• Previous experience in a remote or hybrid treatment environment, adept at engaging clients through teletherapy or virtual platforms.
• Familiarity with community resources and a robust understanding of referral systems for enhanced client support.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management, ensuring efficient record-keeping and communication.

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 104,000.
