In this role, you will map end-to-end commercial operations, translate complex requirements, and drive scalable enterprise SaaS and packaged platform configurations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Optimization: Lead value stream mapping, process discovery, and end-to-end workflow analysis across bulk commodity trading lifecycles.

  • Requirements & Architecture: Elicit cross-functional requirements, build business cases, and partner with IT/vendors to align functional needs using a fit-to-standard approach.

  • Testing & Governance: Drive QA and UAT strategies (including test execution, risk mitigation, and post-implementation reviews) to ensure compliance, auditability, and financial controls.
