Deloitte's Enterprise Operations & Risk practice is seeking an SAP Commodity Solutions Manager to help commodity-intensive clients modernize trading, logistics, settlement, and risk operations through SAP-enabled transformation. This role focuses on leading business process improvement and implementation efforts across the commodity trade lifecycle, with emphasis on SAP Commodity Solutions, commercial optimization, and operational performance.   • Lead SAP Commodity Solutions workstreams across the commodity trade lifecycle, including Trade capture, Supply Chain processes, Pricing, settlements, and controls

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • 6-8 years of experience implementing, advising on, or supporting SAP Commodity Solutions, SAP Commodity Management, or commodity trading platforms within commodity-intensive industries
  • Good understanding around S4 O2C, P2P, RTR is required to be able to drive the complex integration areas
  • Experience leading workstreams across the commodities trade lifecycle, including deal capture, scheduling or nomination, pricing, settlements, and market or credit risk exposures
  • At least 2 end to end S4 Implementations done. Preferably for for Oil and Gas Industry or Agri Industry
  • Experience leading SAP-enabled transformations across trading, logistics, inventory, finance, and settlement operations for downstream oil & gas or adjacent commodity sectors
  • Experience leading client stakeholders, cross-functional delivery teams, and executive-ready analyses or presentations across implementation or advisory engagements
  • Ability to travel 75%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Commodity Management, Agricultural Contract Management, or commodity pricing capabilities
  • Experience integrating SAP with commodity trading and risk management, logistics, market data, settlement, or finance solutions

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $134,500 to $265,100.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
