Job Summary
This position is responsible for researching complex producer/ga/marketing inquiries, to include understanding group or direct markets commission programs and processing rules. Process monthly exception reports and process producer/ga bonus payments.
Job Requirements
*College degree in Business or 4 years business experience.
*3 years commission, finance or payroll experience.
*Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
*PC proficiency to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint
*Customer service skills
Preferred Job Requirements
*Experience/knowledge of TrueComp incentive systems
*Knowledge of HCSC marketing and commission programs.
