Job description

Position: Commissions analyst (Financial Analyst)
Location:  Operating Area
Dallas, TX 75201
 
Position Responsibilities:
•                 Commissions preparation and processing
•                 Meet processing deadlines with accuracy
•                 Commission Discrepancy Resolution
•                 Field and answer questions relating to commission payments
•                 Maintain payout grids
•                 Licensing and Contracting Research
•                 Liaison between advisors, relationship managers, and other team members.
•                 Research and understand the commission structure and processes for multiple insurance carriers and products
•                 Document and communicating carrier commission processes to team members and agents
•                 Gather and reviewing monthly commission statements for multiple insurance carriers
•                 Resolve agent commission discrepancies and urgent commission needs
 
Position Requirements:
•                 Bachelor's degree (Preferably: Finance/Business Administration/Mathematics/Accounting)
•                 2 to 4 years of Life Insurance or Financial Services Experience
•                 Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
•                 Must have excellent time-management and organizational skills
•                 Must be proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel
•                 Must be able to multi-task, possess quick-thinking abilities and excellent attention to detail
