As you gain technical expertise and demonstrate successful project delivery, you may also move into specialized consulting, quality assurance, or operations management positions. The role often involves working closely with design, construction, and operations teams, which helps build a strong foundation for broader leadership positions in building management or engineering firms. Career growth is generally tied to a combination of hands-on experience, continued learning through certifications, and the ability to coordinate complex projects effectively.
