Gold Rush Gaming | Hoffman Estates, Illinois (Travel required)
Gold Rush Gaming, one of Illinois' premier gaming and entertainment companies, is expanding—and we're looking for a driven Sales Consultant to help fuel our growth.
In this role, you'll build relationships with bar, restaurant, truck stop, fraternal, and other licensed establishment owners across Illinois, introducing innovative gaming and entertainment solutions that help their businesses thrive. If you're a self-starter who enjoys meeting people, creating opportunities, and closing deals, we would love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
  • Develop new business opportunities throughout Illinois.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Guide clients through the sales process from prospecting to onboarding.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve performance goals.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Represent Gold Rush Gaming at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows.
  • Track sales activity and customer interactions within Salesforce CRM.
  • Stay current on market trends and competitive developments.
What We're Looking For Required
  • Experience in sales, business development, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage a sales territory.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and willingness to travel throughout Illinois.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
Preferred
  • Experience in gaming, amusement, hospitality, or route sales.
  • Existing relationships within Illinois bars, restaurants, entertainment venues, or gaming operators.
  • Background in consultative or solution-based selling.

Work Environment
This position can be based anywhere in Illinois. You'll work remotely from your territory while regularly connecting with our Hoffman Estates team and traveling to meet customers throughout the state.
Must have a valid driver's license, without restrictions, and auto insurance at all times. Must be able to become licensed with the Illinois Gaming Board (IGB).
