The Media & Design Support Specialist exists to support the day-to-day creative functions of the Media & Design team through graphic design, video production, content preparation, and project execution. This role assists in producing high-quality creative assets that support Highlands College events, departments, communications, chapels, and marketing initiatives while maintaining the integrity of the Highlands College brand.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with graphic design projects for Highlands College events, promotions, departments, and communications.
- Support video production workflows including editing, formatting, exporting, and content delivery.
- Create and resize graphics for digital, print, social media, presentations, and campus displays.
- Prepare creative assets and files for production and distribution.
- Maintain organized project files, media libraries, and creative archives.
- Assist with photography, videography, and production support as needed.
- Ensure creative deliverables align with Highlands College brand standards.
- Collaborate with Media & Design team members to meet project deadlines and objectives.
- Maintain awareness of current creative tools, trends, and best practices.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and needs to leadership and teammates.
- Be willing to assist the team in other areas and perform additional duties as assigned.
Other Duties:

Education&Experience
- Current college student or equivalent experience preferred.
