Redefine Your Veterinary Career—With Balance, Support, and Purpose.

Are you ready to step into a veterinary role where your schedule aligns with your life, your team champions your success, and your clinic feels more like home than a hospital? At Indian Creek Veterinary Hospital, we’re rewriting what it means to thrive as a DVM—and we’re looking for our next exceptional teammate.

Why Work Here

At Indian Creek, we’ve built a culture where people matter as much as pets. We’re a privately-owned, community-focused hospital that values collaboration, clinical excellence, and personal wellbeing. Whether you're a seasoned DVM or a recent grad, you'll find the resources, mentorship, and flexibility you need to love your work and your life.

What Sets Us Apart:

  • No weekends, on-call, or after-hours.

  • Privately owned – Free from corporate production quotas or pressure

  • Flexible scheduling tailored to your lifestyle and preferences

  • 4:1 support staff ratio including RVTs and experienced assistants

  • Supportive, close-knit culture that celebrates teaching and learning

  • 17,000 sq. ft. hospital with advanced technology, spacious exam rooms, and specialty equipment

  • Preferred partner for research and beta testing for new and developing products

Benefits Include:

  • Competitive salary up to $250,000

  • Generous PTO and vacation time

  • Maternity leave

  • 401(k) or Roth IRA with employer match

  • Paid licenses, professional dues, and liability insurance

  • CE and mentorship opportunities

  • Access to Tin Caps season tickets

What You’ll Do

You’ll deliver compassionate, high-quality care to a wide variety of companion animals—including exotics if you’re interested—and enjoy the freedom to practice in a way that aligns with your clinical philosophy.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Wellness, medical, and diagnostic care for dogs and cats, (pocket pets and reptiles if desired)

  • Surgical and dental procedures if interested, with the support of RVTs and modern equipment

  • Collaborative case discussions with fellow doctors and support staff

  • Educating and building trusted relationships with pet parents

  • Contributing to a positive, engaged, and inclusive team environment

Tools & Tech at Your Fingertips:

  • Dedicated surgical suites

  • Cart-based and handheld ultrasound

  • Digital radiography + dental radiology

  • Therapeutic laser and regenerative medicine

  • Full in-house IDEXX blood and urinalysis labs

  • 3-way nuclear licensing allowing us to perform I-131, Synovetin OA and IsoPet

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a caring, confident veterinarian who wants to build a long-term home with a compassionate, connected team.

You Might Be the Perfect Fit If You:

  • Are a licensed DVM (or recent grad) with strong clinical and communication skills

  • Thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

  • Love building lasting client relationships and delivering personalized care

  • Want to learn, teach, grow, and make a difference every day
