Universal Landscape is an award-winning Landscape Design & Installation company serving Palm Beach County for decades. We are currently seeking a motivated, personable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Landscape Sales & Design Consultant.

This position is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, solving problems, learning new skills, and helping guide clients through important decisions. Experience in landscape, construction, design, customer service, or sales is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person who demonstrates the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to learn.

What You'll Do

  • Meet with homeowners and prospective clients
  • Learn our consultation and design process
  • Help develop landscape improvement concepts and proposals
  • Guide clients through project decisions
  • Coordinate information between clients, vendors, and production teams
  • Assist in maintaining high standards of customer service and project quality
  • Help turn ideas into completed outdoor transformations
