$22–$24/hour + Uncapped Commission

Aire Serv of Pasadena is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This is not just a position answering phones—you will play an important role in creating an exceptional customer experience, booking appointments, coordinating our service team, and helping our company grow.

HVAC or home-service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.


Compensation

$22.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience

PLUS uncapped commission and performance-based earning opportunities.

What You'll Do

As our Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher, you will be one of the first people our customers interact with and an important part of our daily operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming customer calls professionally, warmly, and confidently
  • Listening to customers' needs and helping them determine the appropriate next step
  • Scheduling service, maintenance, and installation appointments
  • Booking incoming leads and maximizing appointment opportunities
  • Coordinating and dispatching service calls to technicians
  • Communicating schedule updates with customers and field team members
  • Following up with customers regarding appointments, estimates, and service needs
  • Maintaining accurate customer and appointment information in our system
  • Helping prioritize calls based on urgency, geography, technician availability, and customer needs
  • Providing outstanding customer service when handling questions or concerns
  • Identifying opportunities to offer maintenance plans, additional services, or other solutions that benefit the customer
  • Supporting the office and operations team as needed
