What You’ll Do
  • Complete residential plumbing, drain-cleaning, and related service calls.

  • Diagnose, repair, replace, and maintain residential plumbing systems.

  • Repair pipes, tanks, valves, fixtures, water lines, and drain lines.

  • Install piping, drainage systems, sinks, toilets, water heaters, and related plumbing equipment.

  • Test plumbing systems for leaks, performance issues, and safety concerns.

  • Clearly explain diagnosed problems and present homeowners with appropriate service options.

  • Help customers understand available financing options and maintenance plans.

  • Build trust through professional communication, honest recommendations, and quality workmanship.

  • Obtain customer approval before beginning work and collect payment when appropriate.

  • Complete invoices, timecards, customer feedback, option sheets, and service documentation accurately and on time.

  • Maintain a clean, organized jobsite and a properly stocked company vehicle.

  • Train and mentor apprentices to support accurate and efficient repairs and installations.

  • Participate in training, morning meetings, company events, and professional development activities.

What We’re Looking For
  • At least three years of residential plumbing service experience.

  • Strong ability to diagnose, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.

  • Ability to explain technical findings and service options clearly to homeowners.

  • Confidence recommending appropriate plumbing solutions based on customer needs.

  • Motivation to drive your own income through uncapped commission.

  • Strong organization, time-management, and documentation skills.

  • Commitment to safe, code-compliant, and high-quality workmanship.

  • Desire to continue learning and growing within the plumbing profession.

  • Master or Journeyman Plumber license preferred.
