Roll Thread Operator - 1st Shift

Location: Arlington, TX
Shift: 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: Starting at $17.50 per hour

Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable Roll Thread Operator to join our manufacturing team on 1st shift. In this role, you will set up and operate thread rolling equipment used to produce precision threaded fasteners while maintaining quality, production, and safety standards. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate thread rolling machines to produce precision threaded fasteners.
  • Select and install the correct thread rolling dies based on production requirements.
  • Adjust machine settings, including feed rates and pressure, to maintain product quality.
  • Monitor production and make machine adjustments as needed.
  • Inspect finished parts using micrometers, thread gauges, calipers, and other measuring equipment.
  • Verify threads meet specifications, tolerances, and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot machine or production issues to minimize downtime.
  • Perform basic preventative maintenance and routine machine care.
