Job Description NOW HIRING: THREADROLL OPERATORS Stone Bridge Personnel | Fort Worth, TX Stone Bridge Personnel is currently seeking experienced Threadroll Operators to join our client's manufacturing team in Fort Worth, TX. We are looking for skilled trade professionals with 3-5 years of thread rolling experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating and setting up thread rolling machinery, strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to producing high-quality precision components.

PAY & SCHEDULE Pay: $25.00 per hour Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Location: Fort Worth, TX Experience Required: 3-5 years Position: Threadroll Operator THREADROLL OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES Set up and operate thread rolling machines to produce precision threaded components Load and position materials properly for production Adjust machine settings, tooling, dies, and rollers as needed Monitor machines during production to ensure proper operation Inspect finished parts for quality, dimensions, thread specifications, and tolerances Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, and thread gauges Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and work instructions Identify and correct basic machine or production issues Maintain proper production rates and quality standards Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety procedures and company policies Communicate production or quality issues to supervisors and appropriate team members QUALIFICATIONS 3-5 years of Threadroll/Thread Rolling Operator experience required Experience setting up and operating thread rolling machinery Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Knowledge of thread rolling processes, tooling, and dies Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications Experience using precision measuring instruments Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to recognize dimensional or quality issues Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation required Ability to work overtime when needed READY FOR YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY.
