  • Lead equipment startups and machine acceptance testing
  • Train customer maintenance personnel on machine operation and troubleshooting
  • Coordinate projects between customers, contractors, engineering teams, and service personnel
  • Serve as the resident technical expert supporting a major aerospace manufacturing operation

What We're Looking For

  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, servo systems, and industrial controls
  • Ability to read electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, mechanical drawings, and blueprints
  • Experience performing machine alignment, calibration, precision measurement, or laser alignment
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Experience

  • Siemens CNC Controls

  • Large CNC Gantry Mills
  • Machine Tool Field Service
  • Aerospace Manufacturing Equipment
  • Machine Installation & Commissioning
  • 5-Axis Machining Systems

Compensation & Benefits

  • $30.00–$43.00 per hour
  • Medical Insurance

  • Life Insurance
  • 401(k) with Company Match
  • Full-Time Employment
  • Long-Term Career Opportunity
  • Limited Travel (Approximately 10–20%)
  • Opportunity to support cutting-edge aerospace manufacturing technology

Why You'll Want This Opportunity

  • Resident position at a single customer facility
  • Very limited travel compared to most field service jobs
  • Work on some of the world's largest and most advanced CNC machine tools
  • High level of technical autonomy
  • Combination of hands-on troubleshooting and project leadership
  • Opportunity to support aerospace and defense manufacturing
  • Stable, long-term position with an established industry leader

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Technical school, apprenticeship, military technical training, or equivalent experience preferred
