Job description

Store Manager
Blue Link Wireless, An Authorized Retailer of AT amp;T
Full-Time | Multiple Locations | Base Pay + Commission + Store Performance Incentives
About the role
At BLW, the Store Leader owns the location. You are responsible for everything that happens inside it: the team you build, the culture you create, the customers you take care of, and the results you deliver. This is not a role where you manage from the back office. You are on the floor, in the details, and invested in every person on your team. Wireless experience helps you ramp up faster, but it is not always required. What is required is that you know how to lead people, run an operation, and take genuine ownership of outcomes.
What you are responsible for:
Your store. Your team. Your results. The Store Leader owns all three. You lead from the front, not from behind a desk, and your team knows the difference.
You might be a fit if:
  • You have managed a team and take genuine pride in their development
  • You can read the data, find the gap, and fix it before it becomes a problem
  • You give feedback in the moment because developing your team is part of the job, not a distraction from it
  • You build schedules, run meetings, and handle escalations without losing your composure
  • You understand that your personal sales results and your team's growth are both your responsibility
  • You want to build something, not just manage a shift
What your day actually looks like:
  • Lead daily, weekly, and monthly store operations end to end
  • Sell alongside your team and hold the standard for customer experience on every shift
  • Support hiring efforts as needed and help identify talent that fits the BLW culture
  • Support formal onboarding and develop your team daily through real time coaching and hands-on skill transfers on the floor
  • Review sales data regularly, spot the gaps, and act on them before they become patterns
  • Balance the store schedule to ensure coverage, fairness, and operational efficiency
  • Handle customer escalations with professionalism and a genuine commitment to resolution
  • Ensure full compliance with BLW policies, training standards, and operational procedures
  • Represent BLW at community and offsite events to build brand loyalty and grow the customer base
  • Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Availability to work at additional locations as business needs require
What you need:
  • 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of retail sales experience
  • At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Strong communicator, written and verbal
  • High energy, organized, and calm under pressure
Bonus points for:
  • Wireless or telecom industry experience
  • Bilingual skills
  • Experience building or rebuilding a team culture
  • Track record of developing team members into leadership roles
Physical requirements:
This is a floor-first role. You will be on your feet most of the shift, using tablets, POS systems, and wireless retail tools throughout the day. Occasional lifting up to 15 lbs required.
Equal Opportunity Employer:
Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT amp;T, is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected status under applicable law.
