As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative at Valley Insurance Professionals, you'll be part of a team that values positivity, training, and a customer-centric approach. Responsibilities
  • Use exceptional relationship-building skills to establish trust with clients and maintain retention and product loyalty.
  • Follow-up on leads generated from warm leads, referrals, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Advise clients on suitable insurance policies depending on their needs and objectives. Close sales effectively.
  • Maintains phone time or sales quotas determined by management and grows sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client lists.
  • Goals include writing 40 items per month and reps receive live transfer leads to assist in achieving monthly goals.
  • Skillfully address client objections and concerns, utilizing a consultative approach to provide solutions and overcome objections, ultimately securing their confidence and trust in our services.

Requirements
  • An Active Property and Casualty License is Required.
  • 6 months+ in the insurance industry is required.
  • Candidate must be located in the Central, Mountain, and Pacific time zones.
  • Ambitious self-starter who can work in a collaborative environment.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to achieving individual and team objectives, consistently seeking opportunities for growth and improvement in pursuit of our agency's success.
  • Effectively communicate complex insurance concepts and policy details to clients in a clear, understandable, and client-friendly manner, ensuring they make well-informed decisions.
  • Demonstrate professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
