Summary:ย 

As a Commercial Technology Rep Sr, you will be responsible for the design, development, regulatory compliance, testing, and implementation of modifications for our proprietary Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) system for Eastern Interstate Pipelines. This role will drive teamwork between business partners to deliver projects that improve efficiency, enhance revenue, and maintain regulatory compliance. Responsibilities/Expectations:

  • Ensures the EBB operates in compliance with all regulations using standard methodologies and continuous improvement by reviewing project proposals for tariff and North American Energy Standards Board (NAESB)/Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) compliance
  • Assists with the prototype design for modeling and data mining; creates sophisticated models that use predictive analytics
  • Updates all regulatory documents as the need arises and reports any compliance issues through appropriate channels
  • Carries out EBB changes and collaborates with internal business partners to ensure expansion and growth project requirements are detailed ahead of in-service dates
  • Supports recommendations to create and implement business process, workflow, and technology solutions to achieve our business objectives
  • Prepares and supports revenue budget and forecasting with monthly reporting for business partners
  • Analyzes data to see trends, predict behavior, and identify process improvements
  • Other duties as assigned

Education/Years of Experience:ย 

  • Required: Bachelorโ€™s degree in business, management information technology, accounting, finance, economics, IT, or Engineering related field with eight (8) years' experience in the energy industryย 
  • Preferred: Masterโ€™s degreeย
