Job description

We are seeking an Sales Representative to join our growing team on remote. This role is ideal for someone who is highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by performance-based income. You will be responsible for selling our suite of digital marketing services to new clients, managing your pipeline, and contributing to overall company growth.

This position offers a base salary plus a highly competitive, uncapped commission structure, providing strong earning potential for individuals who are willing to put in the work.

Compensation

  • Commission: Uncapped and performance-driven
  • On-Target Earnings: $80,000 – $150,000+

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities
  • Work both inbound and outbound leads provided by the company
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and position appropriate solutions
  • Present and sell COLAB’s digital marketing services
  • Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
