In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health, establishing accurate diagnoses and devising effective treatment plans that align with their needs.
• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, guiding clients through various therapeutic modalities.
• Document each client session meticulously in compliance with organizational policies, ensuring consistent updates on treatment plans and case notes.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients, enhancing their engagement in the therapeutic process.
• Utilize innovative and creative therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client goals, helping them overcome challenges and reach their potential.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including case managers, family members, medical personnel, and educational staff to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• Proficiency in developing Diagnostic Assessments (DAs), individualized treatment plans, and comprehensive clinical case notes.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients and team members.
• A commitment to establishing and maintaining appropriate boundaries with clients.
• A clean background check as required by state regulations.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Previous experience working with a diverse client population, specifically children, adolescents, couples, and families.
• A strong understanding of community resources available to clients, enhancing their access to support beyond therapy.
• Familiarity with fee collection methods and billing processes in a therapeutic setting.
