Position Overview

The Guideline Therapy Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This position is predominantly remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while serving clients throughout the community. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' mental health needs, diagnosing conditions and crafting personalized treatment plans that adhere to best practices and ethical standards.
  • Manage a caseload of 25-30 clients weekly, ensuring each individual receives tailored support through one-on-one sessions, family therapy, and group counseling.
  • Document each client session meticulously according to company protocols, including initial assessments, treatment plan reviews, and clinical case notes.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to bridge gaps in community health resources, optimizing client care.
  • Utilize innovative therapeutic techniques, focusing on intervention strategies that facilitate goal achievement and encourage client empowerment.
  • Coordinate care effectively with various stakeholders, including case managers, family members, medical professionals, and educational staff to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse population comprising children, adolescents, couples, and families, addressing a range of mental health challenges. As Guideline Therapy Center prioritizes client comfort and acceptance, you’ll be involved in creating a therapeutic space that promotes healing and growth for individuals from varied backgrounds.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients and interdisciplinary colleagues.
  • Capacity to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries while building trust and rapport with clients.
  • Willingness to navigate a diverse client base with sensitivity and respect.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience working with DAs, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
  • Familiarity with family therapy services and community health resources.
  • Experience providing mental health services to families, children, couples, and individuals with mental health or substance use issues.
  • Experience with fee collection processes at the time of service.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
