Job description

We’re looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive new business with specialty contractors. Ideal candidates bring construction project management experience and at least 1 year in sales, ready to transition into SaaS. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, while delivering a consultative, value-driven experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Build relationships with construction professionals and uncover pain points
  • Consistently hit or exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals
  • Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, demos, negotiations, contracts
  • Develop territory plans and grow pipeline with data-driven prospecting
  • Deliver compelling product demos that showcase workflow efficiency
  • Position yourself as a trusted expert in the industry

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years in construction (preferably Project Management)
  • 1+ years in sales (preferably Account Executive for a B2B or B2C SaaS product)

Bonus skills:

  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Gong, InfoMetaBase
  • Experience managing costs/change orders at mid-sized contractors
